I just got a shock news yesterday. my old-friend, my neighbor, my childhood-friend that recently graduated two weeks ago in same campus (but different faculty) passed away... I had that bad news last night when I arrived in a parking lot to go to bookstore after I was visiting a library. my mom called me and said that he's passed away in the afternoon. suddenly I got a shock. it was really shocking news that I unwanted to hear. I clearly remember, one day before when I posted a photo in my instagram's account, he left a comment there and I reply his comment in the morning. I still remember when we meet up with my other friends from same elementary school if we should take a schedule for meet up later. How can Ya Allah?? I still remember when we got a conversation in a social chat and he said once, "mbah utiku bilang apa aja ke kamu din? hahaha onok-onok ae mbah ku iku...." yes, my mom is a his grandma's friend in a mosque community in our housing site. and his grandma always said if she's very proud with her grandson. my mom asked me about him too (you know I laughter after hear it).

yesterday, I checked my blackberry and look for this messager. I know if I just take a regular paid service last two weeks ago and it's just a few day I activated for. so it means my contact personal messages last updated two weeks, I just got an another shock when I check his contact, with the message...

I can't image if actually he knew if he will go, someday... two weeks later... but I think it's too fast, Ya Allah... I know we're not too close like a bestfriend or we're not meet up everyday. but he's my childhood friend who already know each other when we're too small to said about future. six years be a friend in a elementary school isn't a short time, right?

dear my friend my neighbor, Fahmi... you know if I will always miss your appearance, miss your updating blog post, miss your update cheerful instagram photo or your shoutout in a soschat timeline... rest your soul in peace, promise? may Allah take you in His arm. I know you're a good boy, a good friend, a good son and a pride-grandson... Allah will always help you and give you a bright light in your way.
